Lawrence W. James
Founding Member
President and CEO
Market Intelligence, Insight, Planning and Execution
Mr. Lawrence James has more than 30 years of progressive corporate marketing, customer service and diversity management experience, with the last 10 years spent in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming CMCHO, he served as vice president and chief marketing officer for the Middletown Regional Health System (MRHS), a 300-bed adult acute care hospital. During his career at MRHS, Mr. James' leadership skills in strategic marketing, diversity and service excellence helped move this quiet suburban health system from being one of Southern Ohio's "best kept secrets" to recognition as one of the region's premier health care leaders. Today MRHS boasts one of the strongest financial positions in the state, as well as one of the strongest reputations for clinical quality, service excellence and diversity. This strong operational and marketing performance has generated unprecedented growth, resulting in the need for a new and expanded facility, which opened in 2008.
